I made a google form quiz about being healthy with my friends for ICT class. There are more than 15 questions to answer. While doing the quiz you might realize are you actually healthy. We thought about the questions together. We also hope that people will try to improve their health habits after doing this quiz. We also hope you also enjoyed answering the quiz.
Conclusion: To conclude, most of the people who answered this survey is healthy. Most of them always wash their hands, they like to exercise, they eat fruits and vegetables, dispose the tissue paper in the garbage bin after using it etc. However we also found some unhealthy answers like, most people enjoy eating snacks, most of them sleep after 11pm, and use electronic most of the time. There are a lot of the people think they maybe healthy. Overall, I think most of the people are healthy here and they might want to improve their health life and make it healthier.
People also wanted to improve their health lives. One of the ways to improve is to sleep earlier. They might want to adjust the time of doing homework and going to bed because most of them couldn’t go to sleep because of homework. Another way to improve is to eat more healthy food. Most people realize they aren’t eating much healthy food. The people also want to do more exercise. Doing exercise is really healthy, I would also suggest them to do it more. Surprisingly, some also are already happy about their lives so they don’t want to improve.
